Sometimes security software can cause issues connecting. One thing you might want to try is resetting the network troubleshooter: Click Start > Settings > Network and Internet. Scroll down to ‘Network troubleshooter’ and follow the on screen prompts. If this doesn’t work, on the same page there is a link to do a ‘Network reset’. This often fixes internet issues. B berit New member May 29, 2021 2 0 May 31, 2021 Thread starter #3 Tried this. Did not work at first! Restarted the laptop and the router at same time out of desperation and it seems working so far so thank you.
