In theory this looks like a good build. Only thing I'd mention is if you're planning on gaming, you might find that even 1TB of storage isn't enough these days as PC games are pretty big now.

Also which power supply are you planning to use? The 4070 will be pretty power hungry so you'll want something that can keep up with the demand.
