Introducing ChatGPT to Computer Forums

As an experiment, I have set up a @ChatGPT bot for the site, to provide instant answers to questions post. This experiment will be run for 3 months or so before I decide if this will become a permament feature, as the software is not free and this forum is run on a relatively tight budget.

In theory it should be replying. I've just tweaked something on the server end so it might work now.
