Monitor stuck randomly when I open up games

Motherboard arous b550 pro ac
Gpu just upgraded recently from 2070s to 4070(about 2weeks)
Cpu ryzen 3800x
32 gb ram
Got a dual monitor setup with g5 odddessy 2k 144hz and g3 odddessy 1080p 144 hz with the G5 as my main one
My issue is that sometime in this last week week randomly when I open up games sometimes the screen is sort of stuck and black , it doesn't lose signal because it notifis if I do so, but my monitor button does not work to make the monitor work again I need to remove either the monitor display port or power cable and put it again



I tried updating Windows, nvidia drivers
Changing display port to hdmi
Changing my gpu pcie slot

I'm basically testing by a script I Made which opens and closes elden ring
