Can VPNs help stabilize ping

I’ve been having a lot of Ping issues in playing online games a lot. I’ve contacted my ISP and they’re saying its gonna take atleast 3-4 days so i was wondering if using a VPN can help stabilize the ping till the ISP does its work…?

If there is packet loss / latency issues on your ISP end it’s unlikely a VPN would do much for this. If the problem is beyond your ISPs network a VPN may help but it’s not too likely.

It might be worth trying a couple of the VPN providers that offer a free trial to test this before signing up
