Internet out of nowhere stuck on 1MB/s download (tested on "speedtest by ookla" normally 10MB/s)

So, the problem is in title, and more specifically im using ethernet, this problem only appeared a few days before.
edit: This HAS happened some time before multiple times but I dont remember if I fixed it or it fixed itself

Is this just on one device or across all devices on your network?

The usual advice is to reboot your router (and modem if you have a seperate one)

Occasionally the Ookla speed tester can actually have an issue with the speedtest servers so it's worth trying an alternative site such as Internet Speed Test

Hello again, I fixed the problem by unplugging ethernet from pc, restarting pc and plugging it back in
