Asus Monitor seems stuck in large size display

Hello All

just purchased a Asus 32" computer monitor for my system
and no matter what i do i cant change the screen to run small icons
it seems to be in zoom mode

display resolution is 1920x 1080

when i plug this monitor into my other computer it works fine

could it be my Msi graphics card that is not liking the new monitor ??
