Good broadband plan?

Hey friends…I wanted to know any good bsnl broadband plan with high upload speed. I generally get 50-60 kbps…but I want it 300-400 kbps…if there is any plan the please tell…if not then please advise me how to stop/break the limit of upload speed…

What country are you in? Those speeds sound pretty slow for most places unless you are in a rural area.
