Can't exit windows 10 S mode

hi there

i have recently bought a new hp laptop… every time i try to exit windows 10 ‘s’ mode to be able to install chrome i get an error. i have tried a factory reset, but still get the error. is there anything else i can try

Do you have the error code that’s coming up?

Are you logging in as a Microsoft account or an offline user?

Might also be worth double checking the system clock is set correctly… especially if this is a new machine.

thanks, turns out the clock was set to the wrong time zone! changed that and it seems to have fixed it
