P Philtrum Well-known member Jan 3, 2020 119 6 Jan 6, 2020 #2 Do you have the error code that’s coming up? Are you logging in as a Microsoft account or an offline user? Might also be worth double checking the system clock is set correctly… especially if this is a new machine. Last edited: Jan 8, 2020
