Most of my online classes and meetings that i have attended have started to seem a lot dull and they lack a spice of entertainment for small moments that allows the mind to relax through a bit of humour. I want to know if there are some programs out there that can help in making a facial filter such as the ones of Instagram or snapchat.?

A good option for your troubles in my experience is the Snap camera software. It can easily be able to give the same filters as the ones in Snapchat whether it is for a zoom meeting or a teams meeting. This can be really helpful as it gives the same filters as the ones you have on Snapchat and is easy to install as well.
